Welfare

All members of our club have a duty of care to one another. This is reflected in our Club Constitution and Code of Conduct. Our aim is to create a welcoming and supportive setting for our members to enjoy being part of the club and most of all feel safe.

As an England Athletics affiliated club, we adopt their safeguarding policies for Club Welfare. Our process for implementing these policies within the Club environment is described here: EGRC Welfare Process

The committee has added a role of Welfare Officer, detailed in the EGRC Welfare Officer Responsibilities.
