We love "Bridges". It's an intervals session on the Bristol - Bath cycle path, where efforts are separated by recovery periods, the changes in pace being made at bridges above and below us. Easier to do than to explain, this session is suitable for all abilities and all runners run at their own pace.
Nothing complicated, nothing too testing, just a simple, sociable Club Run (probably).
