Out & Back. After a short warm-up, we'll head out on the cycle path to Warmley. After 20 minutes, its about face and a run back to the start point in 19 minutes, a negative split.

Hill or High Water: Its a nice stretch of the legs out to Bitterwell Lake where you have the choice of Hill Repeats on Ram Hill or Loops of the Lake. And then we run back.
