Track session @ Mangotsfield School. Meet at Pomphrey Hill Pavilion at the usual time. The Parlauf (meaning pairs relay) will take place in two parts, 400m (with recovery) and 200m (with recovery), each session being 15 minutes. An alternative looped/out and back run will be offered as an alternative.
