Hill Repeats (Coxgrove)

We run to the bottom of the hill.

We run up, we run down and then we repeat a number of times.

This session is great for leg strength and working your lung muscles.

For those wanting something less strenuous, we offer a looped run (from the bottom of the hill; this means that everyone has to go up at least once!).
